The article presents the main design solutions for the information technology of interaction between scientists and creatively gifted schoolchildren in a virtual scientific and educational environment. The technology is implemented within the framework of the Concept of the Unified Regional System of Measures developed in the Samara Region to identify and develop creatively gifted young people in the field of science, technology and technology. The article describes in detail the roles and patterns of interaction of participants in the scientific and educational environment. The basic principles of the scientific and educational environment are formulated. In addition, some results of a three-year competition of research projects of students of educational organizations using information and communication technologies have been summed up. Analysis of the results of the competition showed the effectiveness of modern information and communication technologies.
