The formation and promotion of innovations in the personnel management process is the most important activity of economic systems of the "organization" type. The content of the normative state of the attributes of the subprocess of management of recruitment for the position of managers of the organization has been established. The structuring of the subprocess of managing the selection of managers of economic systems is carried out on the basis of the development of the composition and content of functional management tasks, as well as the development of technologies for the implementation of management tasks. At the same time, decision-making methods were used to increase the effectiveness of the organization's personnel management subprocess.
