Technologization of the management subprocess recruitment of the organization's personnel

The subprocess of personnel selection management in any organization is one of the key activities. A study of this subprocess in the organization of the food industry is conducted. Diagnostics of the state of the subprocess allowed us to identify a set of problems in the activity of the personnel management process. Based on the results of the study, the technologies of the recruitment management subprocess were developed, and a set of documents was defined within the framework of this subprocess of the organization.
