Importance and relevance of development and deployment of criteria and indicators of an assessment of efficiency of the social technologies applied in the sphere of civil and patriotic education of youth is proved in article; the attempt of development of such criteria and indicators and their approbation on the technologies which are successfully applied by youth specialists at the federal and regional level with differentiation on the level of compliance to the stated criteria is given. Also the main conclusions of the conducted research are presented in article.
