The "text-contunuation" "Dead souls, volume 2" by Yu. A. Avakyan: the stylization after extant fragments of the original text

The article is devoted to the problem “text-continuations”, which are widely represented in the era of postmodernism. The literary and language game, the irony, and deconstruction are the specific features of the postmodernist text. The research is based on the analysis of intertextual communication of the initial text (extant fragments of “Dead Souls, volume 2” by N. V. Gogol) and of the “text-continuation” (“Dead Souls” by Yu. A. Avakyan) according to the intertextuality theory of G. Genette and the theory of the secondary text introduced by M. V. Verbitskaya.
