Tectonics and geodynamics in clouds (comments on the article of Morozova L. I. «The territory geodynamic activity estimation, by means of linear cloudy anomalies in satellite images» published in the regional problems journal. 2010. vol. 13, no. 1)

The problem of a reflection of the fracture structures and zones of geodynamic activity in the lithosphere with linear anomalies of the cloudy cover (LCA) are critically examined. It's paid to absence of convinced proofs of the connection of LCA with faults mapped on the Earth's surface and seismic belts. The assumption is stated, that LCA reflect a regmatic cracking of the lithosphere during strengthening of regional and planetary tectonic pressures outside a connection of elementary LCA with concrete faults and earthquakes. The recommendations for the further researches of the LCA- phenomena are given.
