The authors of the article consider the main reasons for staff turnover in organizations, drawing on the experience of prominent researchers in this field. Both foreign and domestic experience is involved, which proves that there are many reasons for turnover, and the consequences, almost always the same, are the depletion of the organization's personnel potential. The greatest attention in this publication is paid to organizational, non-organizational and personal reasons for staff turnover.
