In the conditions of economic development, competition in the labor market is also growing. New organizations are emerging, old ones are developing. Each of them strives for maximum profit, tries to reduce the number of costs. An efficient personnel management system will help to reduce costs. This article discusses one of the urgent problems in personnel management - staff turnover. The author examines the main types of staff turnover, as well as analyzes the possible causes of this process. In addition, the article suggests measures to reduce the level of staff turnover in organizations.
