The current state and current trends in financing PPP projects

The article is devoted to the current state and current trends in financing public-private partnership projects. The author presents the instruments for financing public-private partnership projects, presents the composition of instruments for concessional debt financing of public-private partnership. The article evaluates the financing of public-private partnership projects in such a priority area as social. The types of risks in the implementation of public-private partnership projects are also systematized and the process of managing them is outlined. The directions of state support for public-private partnership projects are proposed.
