Current stage of development of public-private partnership instruments in Russia

The article discusses the process of development of public-private partnership (PPP) tools in Russia. Currently, there is a process of changing generations of such: concession agreements and public-private/municipal-private partnership agreements give way to a certain share of new forms of partnership being introduced under the state support. The relevance of the article is due to changes in the total structure of the PPP instruments used, which reduces the representativeness of the currently used statistics and does not fully reflect the use of government-business partnership mechanisms in the framework of project financing.
