The article is devoted to the problem of attracting young staff to modern libraries. It is proposed to use the Telegram channel as a tool to attract young professionals to work in the library. The analysis of the existing practices of using the Telegram platform in recruiting is given. The possibilities and advantages of using Telegram channels as a platform for interaction with potential library staff are revealed.
