Eastern Siberia television and radio: history and modernity

The article considers the regional history of television broadcasting in Eastern Siberia. The historical contribution of radio amateurs is represented in the article. At the initial stage broadcasting was insular. Large sparsely populated territories determined the introduction of space communication technologies.
