Television as an instrument of the state cultural policy

In the article, devoted to the studying of the problems of correlation among the television and the state cultural policy, it is noticed that from this viewpoint the study of mentioned phenomenon is actual in the philosophical and culturological knowledge that is the scientific novelty of publication. Television became one of the basic instrument of realization of the cultural policy, as the definite technology of social control and management.
