Temperature and air humidity as the ecological factors, influencing sunflower yield

Бесплатный доступ

With the help of regression analysis of data of 20 years in Krasnodar the unfavourable dependence of sunflower yield from summer average temperature (t VI-VIII) in the range of 20.9-24.2 °C. In the years with t VI-VIII from 20.9 to 21.6 °C the yields were maximum by the little dependence from moisture supply, and in years with t VI-VIII >23 °C the high yields were obtained under the elevated absolute air moisture during summer. Developed equations set for calculating estimations of the absolute and relative air moisture by its temperature and deficit of moisture helped also to divide territory of the Krasnodar region into zones with different levels of absolute air moisture. Elevated moisture in Azov areas of the Krasnodar region provides increase in yeild of industrial sunflower crops even by smaller climatic norms of precipitations.
