Temporal prepositions and their functioning in the primary-taxis context

The article considers temporal prepositions of German, Dutch and Russian languages in the aspect of their functioning in the primary-taxis сontext. In statements with prepositional deverbatives, the monotaxic prepositions of temporal semantics während, vor, nach, seit, bis, bei, in, mit, до, перед, накануне, после, na, vanaaf, bij, gedurence, hangende, tijdens, voor, voorafgaand, sedert, staande, sinds, tot/detot/detot aan/tot aan act as markers of the primary taxis of simultaneity, precedence, and following.
