Self-government processes on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan: tendencies of its further development

The article analyzes the draft federal law reflecting the general principles of the organization of local self-government in a unified system of public authority. The author identifies the main problematic aspects of this draft law in relation to the organization of local self-government in the Republic of Tatarstan.
