Tendencies of formation of incomes of the population of Russia: regional analysis

The article presents a regional analysis of trends in the incomes of the population in Russia in terms of changes in the macroeconomic situation (including the 2008 and 2014 crises). The article highlighted the trends in differentiation of population by income. The income structure and its transformation are considered in Federal districts of the Russian Federation. The regional trends in the level of wages and social benefits are determined. The article discovers influence of measures aimed on raising the minimum wage and wages in the budget sphere. The problems of the Russian pension system are examined. The article proves the conclusion about the reduction of opportunities for sustainable development through diversification of sources of income.
