Trends historical aspects of the formation of financial centers in Russia

The article notes that the creation of the International Financial Center (IFC) in Russia is one of the most relevant modern stages of development. The key advantages and disadvantages of creating an MFC are considered. The activities and conditions for the formation of leading international financial centers were monitored. The results of theoretical and practical studies studying the prospects for creating financial centers in Russia are analyzed. During the analysis, proposals were nominated for several high-quality modernizations in the current economic system of Russia for the formation of international and regional financial centers on the territory of the country.
