Trends and prospects for the development of the regional real estate market

The article analyzes the state of the regional real estate market in the Republic of Mordovia, discusses the trends and prospects of its development. The article examines the housing construction market, which is included in the list of priority and socially significant markets for the region, and presents priority directions for the development of competition in the housing construction market. As a result of the study, the role of the state in creating conditions for the development of the regional real estate market was revealed, and on this basis, the achievement of the development of the economy of the region and the country as a whole.
