Trends and current state of the services market on the property management in Uzbekistan

The features of the current state and development of the market for commercial real estate management services in the market in Uzbekistan are considered. The analysis of this type of service was carried out, the features and differences by type of property were determined. On the basis of statistics and a number of companies, an analysis of the relevance of these services has been performed, and information on 2017 and 2018 is given. In conclusion, it is concluded that services for commercial real estate objects are governed by economic processes in the country and there is an increase in the demand for these services in large cities and districts of Uzbekistan. In the future, management services will become economically profitable subject to further development of technologies in this area.
