Trends and dependences of crime indicators of the Siberian federal district in the conditions of changing factors of society development

The article examines trends in the development of various types and categories of crimes on the basis of data on the main indicators of crime rate in the Siberian Federal District. Statistical assessments of the dynamics of crime rate indicators and their characteristics are given. The study confirms the hypothesis of the social nature of crime and its dependence on the factors of the development of society on the example of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
