This article is devoted to the study of the effective client policy principles in the period of digitalization of the banking services market. The article examines key trends in the existing marketing toolkit, as well as potential measures to attract a new customer base. Statistical data and several paths of development of events, which are considered the most probable in the opinion of the author, are presented and analyzed.
