Trends in the emotionalization of labor in modern culture

The study, based on the concept of Professor of Sociology at the University of California A. Hochschild, examines and analyzes a number of new perspectives on the development of the emerging trend of labor emotionaliza-tion, as well as its impact on the perception and consciousness of the participant in social interaction through targeted formation of emotions corresponding to common norms and private goals. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of categories such as participants' initial motivation, the effectiveness of interaction, and the need to manage emotions. Based on the results of the study, the origins of the emotional intensity of work activity were identified and studied on the material of new types of interaction of individuals within the professional space, which includes basic types of social action and positioning, recoded in emotional registers. In conclusion, the prospects for further expansion of the existing trend of labor emotionalization are indicated, their approximate assessment is given, calculated on the basis of fixed effects.
