Tendencies of constitutional and legal regulation of the financial system of the state

In article the analysis of a financial system as sets of the various financial relations is carried out. Need of carrying out a research of questions of constitutional and legal regulation of the economic relations on a joint of constitutional right and economy, i.e. in the light of the constitutional economy is proved. Vyyalena a tendency of further strengthening of constitutional and legal regulation of the financial relations and institutes in world constitutionalism.
