Tendencies of world production of milk

The main trends in world milk production are the following: an increase in the production of all types of milk, with the exception of camel milk; slowdown in the growth of milk production; a slight structural shift in milk production from cow to buffalo; an increase in cow milk production in the top ten countries, with the exception of China and Russia; an increase in the share in the global milk production of India, Turkey, and New Zealand.
