Trends in the taxation of incomes of physical persons: Russian and foreign experience

The article deals with the trends in the taxation of personal income. A comparative analysis of theoretical and practical approaches to the taxation of personal income in the Russian tax system and the foreign tax system. The characteristic of tax rates in different countries of the world is given. Personal income tax in our country, as in most economically developed countries of the world is the main source of revenue of the state budget.
