Modern trends in penitentiary crime in Mongolia

This article discusses the features characteristic of the penitentiary institutions of Mongolia in modern conditions. Various offenses and crimes committed in the penitentiary system by convicts while serving sentences are considered, questions of their significance and place in the general forensic situation in modern Mongolia are analyzed. Statistical reports are used to establish the dynamics of the development of crime, comparative and historical methods of scientific study of the object of study. In conclusion, the authors give conclusions and proposals on this issue.
