Trends, problems and prospects for the development of remote banking services in Russia

The article discusses the main trends in the development of remote banking services (RBS) in Russia. The characteristics of the RBS technologies are given, the classification of the main services of remote banking services is presented. It has been established that at present the use of social engineering methods is the main tool for committing cybercrimes in the financial sector. The analysis of digital processes in the banking sector made it possible to identify and present the main directions for the further development of RBS in Russia.
