Tendencies, problems and resource points of development of modern film industry in Siberian cities

The article discusses problematic zones of development of the modern film industry in the cities of Siberia: the creation of a region-wide Siberian cluster; expansion of the Siberian festival space, regional support for the Siberian local cinema, the development of cinema outside the auditorium, the consequences of cinema modernization and digitalization in Siberia, which determines resource points of development in the context of the propaganda of the domestic film heritage. The Authors note the conditions for the development of regional clusters, the growth of budget allocations, the availability of film institutions, the increase in the number of Russian films, the discussed norms of legislation and legal regulation of the film industry within the framework of regional screen culture, which requires the expansion of the audience and segmentation of the film market and the full expansion of the service sector and technology of film screenings.
