Trends in the development of digitalization in the system of public procurement

The article examines the processes of public procurement in the context of using the national platform of advanced information and communication technologies. In the process of studying the topic of public procurement in a digital format, scientific works of both foreign and domestic researchers on the topic of research were highlighted. The purpose of this study is to consider the development of digital technologies in the public procurement system and develop recommendations for improving the electronic procurement management system, one of the areas of the logistics system. The originality of the study lies in the fact that the authors focused on the period when the state abolished the instruments of the tender system for competitive bidding, acting as the largest buyer in the market, as well as a reformer of issues of minimizing corruption. The dynamics of public procurement indicators in the Kyrgyz Republic are considered. The article will be of interest to researchers of the public procurement system, practitioners - civil servants monitoring the quality and reform of the public procurement system, as well as representatives of civil society participating in public monitoring of the quality of public procurement.
