Development trends of suspension institution in the Russian law

The article presents the results of the research dealing with the development trends of suspension institution. By case study of the particular judgement of the court, the author discusses the urgent problems of the suspension institution, particularly, the broad interpretation of the "suspension of operations" concept by a court, which affects negatively application of the current law of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The author notes the tendency of complication of the suspension institution (application of warnings of suspension of operations).
