Trends in the development of the institution of judicial representation in civil proceedings

This article examines the trends in the development of the institution of judicial representation in civil proceedings, analyzes proposals for the introduction of the concept of professional representation in civil procedural legislation. Based on the study of draft laws and accompanying documents to them, scientific literature, the author assesses the possible consequences of the introduction of higher legal education as a mandatory requirement for judicial representatives when considering cases by courts of all levels in civil proceedings.
