Trends in the development of inter-budgetary relations in program-target methods in the subject of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Orenburg region)

The article is devoted to the analysis of interbudgetary transfers in the context of state programs and national (regional) projects of the Orenburg region. The material examines the data of 2018-2021. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the trend of increasing the volume of inter-budget transfers passing through national projects is revealed, which corresponds to the concept of planning and executing budgets at all levels within the framework of national projects.
