Development trends of the National Productivity Project in the Republic of Mordovia

The objectives of the research are to study the experience of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" at enterprises of the Republic of Mordovia, as well as the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for the implementation of individual methods and tools of lean production aimed at improving labor productivity. Concrete examples demonstrate the results of the implementation of the national project at a number of large enterprises of the Republic of Mordovia. Recommendations are given for solving the identified problems at the enterprise level, as well as state and regional national projects to increase labor productivity.
