Trends of the development of national education systems

The accelerated development of the national higher education systems in the majority of the technologically developed countries has been provided, first of all, at the expense of essential increase of public financing. In all countries the education market is regulated and that is the ground for competitiveness of the national education systems. In the area of the higher education - when participation in competitive activity in the international education market reasonably demands on commercialization and liberalization of the national education systems - almost all countries have begun to seek new methods of the mixed financing of the higher education and innovation activity stimulation in the higher education institutions.
