Trends in the development of patriotism in Russia: yesterday, today, tomorrow

This article touches upon the problem of the development of patriotism in Russia. Investigating this problem, the author turns to the history of the phenomenon in chronological order, where some patterns inherent in the emergence and life of this phenomenon are revealed. The author considers crisis phenomena to be one of the main patterns for the emergence of patriotism, which move society to preserve its cultural and moral traditional values, as well as historical memory.
