Trends in the development of cooperation between Russia and Central Asian countries

The article examines the current trends and prospects of foreign economic cooperation between Russia and the countries of Central Asia, characterized by the strengthening of economic ties and the expansion of trade exchange. The urgency of this problem is due to the fact that in light of the strict restrictions imposed by the countries of Western Europe, which have long been Russia's key partners in a number of industries, the country needs to look for new markets and reliable partners. The Central Asian countries play an important role in Russia's economic relations, especially in the fields of energy, transport and agriculture.
