Trends of development of the contemporary peace and new problems of managing human beings

The modern world is undergoing significant changes caused by the fourth industrial revolution and other factors of the general and predetermining environment of man and his inner world. Changes in the structure of employment, composition of occupations and requirements for workers. Awareness of these challenges and preparation for a response to them is a function of each person and the educational system. Systemic research is needed, identifying and understanding trends and directions for change, building models, seeing the future, predicting processes and results, and managing the achievement of goals.
