Trends in the development of constituent documents to increase the efficiency of the institute of legal entities' office work

The relevance of the development of constituent documents is associated with a large number of Russian legal entities, confirmed by statistical data, and the associated need to simplify the development of constituent documents. The reform of civil legislation in the direction of abandoning the plurality of constituent documents and securing the status of the sole constituent document of a legal entity contributed to the increase in the efficiency of the institution of office work. The interrelation of internal documents of a legal entity with constituent documents is determined, which for successful use should complement each other and be a single system. And converting them into electronic form will contribute to more convenient use.
