Trends of development of ukrainian labor market for the stage of overcoming the consequences of world financial crisis

In article the condition of the labor market of Ukraine in crisis period is analyzed, the factors of reducing employment, growing unemployment, ways to minimize the impact of the global financial crisis on the labor market are investigated. Attention on the exceptional role of services of employment in the period of crises is accented. The priorities of activities of the State Employment Service of Ukraine in 2010-2011 are described. In the article drawn conclusion, that at this stage the key task of employment policy and social protection against unemployment is to inform and motivate the general public to acquire and develop skills, competencies and qualifications throughout their lives.
