Trends of the market of investment areas in the conditions of investmentally oriented policy of land use (on the example of the Penzen region)

The authors consider issues related to the transition of state and municipal land administration from social to investment-oriented land use. Analyze the types and structures of investment sites of the Penza region, created to attract business and investment, their advantages and disadvantages. The segments of business users of the land and the main tendencies of the market for investment sites in the structure of the regional land market are singled out.
