Tendencies of social and economic development of the Russian Federation: current problems and instruments of state regulation

The article presents the results of a study of key trends in the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Analyzed the current problems emerging in the conditions of the modern economy. In particular, the development trend of the labor market, including unemployment and labor productivity, has been analyzed. Special attention is paid to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country, the impact of innovation and investment activity, which has suffered due to the introduction of economic sanctions by the West. The trends in the development of the budget policy of Russia, the dynamics of its income and the impact on the social policy of the country are analyzed. In order to solve key acute problems, measures, tools and methods have been proposed that can be used to stimulate the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
