Trends of structural changes in the development of enterprises in the conditions of economic instability

The article focuses on the issues of business structure integration by means of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in terms of economic and political sanctions.Such processes dynamically develop in all developed countries of the world. Their trend depends on a lot of circumstances: market conditions, the constructive help of the state, development offinancially-bank system, etc. It has investigated the dynamics of the M&A market development. from 2014 to beginning of 2015, based on the analysis of which it has revealed a negative trend of development of this market.
