Trends in judicial practice in cases of unauthorized construction

The article is devoted to the analysis of trends in judicial practice in cases of unauthorized construction. The cases of legalization of individual housing construction objects are considered, the main problems and obstacles on the way of recognition of ownership rights are revealed. Special attention is paid to the position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and changes in the approach to solving the issues of demolition of unauthorized constructions.
