Trends in the staffing of rural areas of the Orenburg region

For the effective development of the agro-industrial complex and the wider introduction of digitalization processes, there is an urgent need for highly qualified personnel operating in the agro-industrial complex. The study of the problem of providing the agro-industrial complex with highly qualified personnel was carried out on the territory of the Orenburg region. The increase in labor productivity at agricultural enterprises of Orenburg agricultural enterprises directly depends on the level of qualification training of agricultural workers in the Orenburg region. Based on the set goals, a feature of the modern development of the digital economy, as well as the development of labor relations and their social component, is a change in the place, role and prospects for the formation of human resources in the economic activity of a certain region. The effective use of labor potential and the increase in labor productivity at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Orenburg region is aimed at increasing the profitability of production and labor, minimizing the costs of forming the personnel potential of organizations.
