Shadow economy and its impact on the economic system

The article examines the shadow economy as a type of economic activity. It affects all spheres of the economy, is involved in production, exchange, distribution and consumption. Methods for assessing its scale are listed. Corruption as one of the components of the shadow economy. Within the framework of the article, problems are identified and ways of solving illegal actions are formulated. The negative impact on economic development of the concealment of economic activity was confirmed.
