Shadow processes in economics: spheres of formation and dynamics of widening

The author tries to classify the shadow economy manifestations, to determine a sphere of its formation, to estimate a scale of shadow processes widening and their destructive influence on capital accumulation conditions in real sector and sustainable social and economic development. The author comes to a conclusion that there is an ambiguous influence of informal sector on Russian economic development. This ambiguity determines the necessity of effective economic policy in the shadow sector only on the assumption of a balance between economic and administrative measures.
