Pedagogical concepts of Nikolai Pirogov, Konstantin Ushinsky and other major theorists are widely known, together with them, pedagogy developed within the framework of Russian theological schools. The theology of education developed by the Archbishop Evseviy (Orlinsky), Sylvester Gogotsky, Pamfil Yurkevich and Rev. Sergey Sollertinsky, with huge historical and theoretical significance. It is shown that the Archbishop Eusebius (Orlinsky) defined the value of the moral and theological foundation of education. Sylvester Gogotsky and Pamfil Yurkevich addressed the relationship of the pedagogy with some theological problems, finally, Rev. Sergey Sollertinsky connected the pedagogy issues with the psychology of religion.
