Theoretical aspects of human capital of industrial enterprise

The object of the article is the human capital of an industrial enterprise, the subject of research is the theoretical aspects of the human capital of an industrial enterprise. By using human capital effectively, an enterprise can become more competitive and get more profit. One way to achieve this goal is to study the theoretical foundations of human capital. Therefore, this article is aimed at studying the theoretical aspects of human capital. To achieve the goal of the article, a traditional analysis of existing literature on the theory of human capital was used, as well as the presentation of the author’s opinion regarding the human capital of an industrial enterprise.
