Theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of “aggressive behavior in the educational environment” as a basis for determining the practices of positive socialization of students

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the formation of a system for preventing the manifestation of aggressive behavior of the subjects of the educational environment. The preventing system is an important condition for the constructive processes of education and socialization, and, as a result, reducing the number of conflict situations, developing positive social competencies among the subjects of the educational environment, providing a favorable psychological climate in the educational organizations. The relevance of the study by the authors is convincingly proved by the statistics of the growth in the number of offenses and crimes committed by students of professional educational organizations. The article considers new approaches to the organization of the processes of upbringing and socialization in professional educational organizations, aimed at ensuring the orientation of the content of these processes to reduce the level of manifestation of aggressive behavior among students as subjects of the educational environment. The authors draw attention to the fact that the prevention of students’ aggressive behavior is a complex process that must be implemented systematically and comprehensively.
